navigation below and text tags on the right for logo

Hi,
I liked to do this http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/press/
Just logo on left, then ads on the right(It will be text) then below is the navigation..I changed the header styles to the magazine but the navigation was in the middle and I dont see how I can add the text ads on the right,,

Hello,I got it to worked out..But as you can see the logo is a full width with a text on the right..I would like that text to be separated same to the demo..In the demo there is the ads, we would like to add the text there..I can't seem to find where to put the text or in which option..
If you could please let me know..

If you mean "Magazine" header style then it is possible to put image instead of ad in Theme options > Layout > Header section. There is field named "Banner".

Thanks.. I used text instead on it.. It worked..
Just on 768px the text is overlapping the logo..I know its should be done in media queries but what queries should be?

Your logo is too big and that's why you got this problem. So on 768px screens you must use smaller logo size and this can be done with below css:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 959px) {
    #Top_bar #logo {
        width: 400px;
        padding: 40px 0;
    }
}
