Change font color in muffin builder

I have a couple column items that I have a dark background for and want to make the text white. I have tried inline code and tried ussing the custom styles at the bottom. no joy. Any ideas?

Hi,
you should edit the section that thouse columns are in and change the style for the section to 'dark' or add a dark class to the section. This will make all fonts in the sections items white.
