deregister theme

I have a problem. I want to update my theme.
But I get this information:

Theme-Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen.
.."
In the forum I find this answer:
"...This error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one.."
But my old installation does not exist anymore. I don't know if the old URL is already register with this purchase code.
Can I send you the old URL and you deregister it?
