Betheme theme update - still getting error

Hi There - a while back while attempting to update Betheme in the dashboard, I got this error:
"An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."
Betheme support suggested that this was because I had the install installed in multiple installations (i.e. a development site and production site). We found the duplicate install and deleted the build however, we are still getting the same error. Do I need to update the theme manually?

This error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send a request
thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
These also could be plugins so make sure to disable them all.
