Change the "Read more" text to another language?

Hi everyone

How can I change the "Read more" text on my blog-roll items to something else? I want it to read "Read more" but in another language.

Found the answer in the "BeTheme options > Translate" menu

you can change this button under Theme options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio section.

It seems the read more option have been removed from the translation section. where to?

+ how can I hide the number of "Love"-s? I could hide the icon with css.

If you want to hide the love box, go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>general and disable the love box.
