Issue with Theme widgets, broken from 1/4 x 4 columns?

Hi, this was working fine.. but now the 1/4 x 4 columns have broken and display under the second?

I have disabled all plugins incase this was an issue

Can someone please assist? Its like also we cannot make changes to save the widgets as what happens is that when I go back into the widget page, they are back in all 4 footer columns on the widget screen?

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Hi,
go to appaerance>widgets and you will be able to manage your widget areas.
Also, you can change the footer layout in theme options>footer.

I have done all of this lol. Nothing saves. Nothing Changes?

Please disable all plugins and try again. Maybe your server is limited.

No to server being limited as I have checked and they have upped all limits to meet requirements. I have disabled all plugins, no luck.

However, when I change to Wordpress default theme, all is okay - so it looks theme related??
