Change Background Color of One Sub-Menu Link

My website is www.2ndchanceinsurance.com. Within the drop down menu for the "Insurance" link, I want to highlight the SR22 Insurance link background to be yellow while static. How can I achieve this?

I had to modify it to get it to work while it's active rather than on hover. For anyone else looking to accomplish the same, the code is as follows.

#Top_bar .menu li ul li#menu-item-2679 { background: #FFFF00; }
