Unable to enter Revolution Slider Page to make changes

I have not been able to access the Revolution Slider page to make changes to the slides.

Every time I click to enter. I get an error 404 response.

Hi,
please disable all plugins except RS and try again.

It doesn't seem to address the issue. I still have the same problem
