i want to make expand collapse tab which having content in list with image icon and when click on link video needs to play in light box

Hi,
you can use the tabs or accordions,
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/content-blocks/#tabs
Then insert an image using the shortcode:

[image src="" width="" height="" align="" border="0" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" link="" link_image="" target="" alt="" caption="" greyscale="0" animate=""]

Where in the src="" you should place your image URL
In link_image="" paste the youtube or vimeo URL

Sorry but we do not have such an option to start/stop the video on specific time.

You can use the css propery border-radius property, for a cirlce you should use border-radius:50%

But you have already added border radius to the lower columns so what is the problem here.
If you want rounded borders on images then add a custom class to the column item, for example class="roundimg" and use this css:

.roundimg img {border-radius:50%;}

This will target any image in a column with the .roundimg.

You probably want the images to be perfect cirlces but if they are not squares then this method will not work.

This is not what I have wrote, please read the instructions we gave you very carelfully. We do not give video tutorials. It would be a lot easier if you would round the images in photoshop.

You can set a lightbox video using the image builder item, add the item and edit it. In the secondary image link paste the video URL.

Ok so you have to create an image item, and insert an image liek you normally would:
http://prntscr.com/ihv95o
Then scroll down and in the zoomed image select a video. It must be a hosted video or a yourtube, viemo link.
http://prntscr.com/ihvajb

You can use this css to make the menu transparent on scroll.

.sticky-tb-color #Top_bar.is-sticky {
    background-color: transparent !important;

You can go to theme options>header&subheader>extras and disable the top right bar.

The videos must be hosted on the current wordpress installation in the media librabry.
