Create a Link to Jump to a Specific Part of a Page

I have created a link to jump to a specific part of my page, a specific row by adding a name to the row. But when it jump, it's not the exact place on the page, there is a little gap by virtue of the menu i think. How can i fix this issue?

Hi,
if you are using menu links for anchor elements then you will need to enable the one-page option in the page options (edit the page)
If you are using custom links then you will have to add a class="scroll" to the <a> element.

And how do i add a a class="scroll" to the <a> element?

The buttons are located at the bottom of the page, but if you push the buttons you can se what I mean.

You have to edit the button and add a scroll class to it.
You must have a custom class field for this item.
