Nothing Seems to be working on Betheme at this point

Hello,

Can anyone please help me out as i seem to be having a very serious issue with my betheme.

Issues:

- Theme registration not working (after and pasted and tired activating my theme, nothing works)

- If i delete a menu uder > appearance, nothing works

- When i reload website, shoes blank page

- if the website loads, it links all images back to the homepage on (mobile phones).

I need help as my website is a marketplace for sellers and with all these issues,it would be painting my business bad.

Hello,
1. Please disable all plugins and delete browser cache.
2. Use this tool to manage your licenses.

3. Send a link to the page and create a PHPinfo file so we can have a look at your hosting settings.

Yes i deactivated all plugins and themes as well but didn't solve the problem.

Also, i check y licence and the response i got was:

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

How is this possible cause i have an account with license.

This is not possible, if you have entered your themeforest username and the license then it should log you in. This means that this license was not purchased on your account.

The link to phpinfo is not working.
