Cannot save the theme options [mod_security] SOLVED!!!

Hello,

with the latest update (Version 6.1 – January 17, 2015 ) every time I try to save any changes I make to the theme options in backend I get a 404 Page missing error.

After pressing Save it goes to

/wp-admin/options.php and it gives an eror 404

Could you please help me fix this?

I can provide backend logins if needed.

For those experiencing the same problem, here's the solution:

You have to turn off mod_security on your server. You can talk about it with your hosting provider or what I have done was update my .htaccess file to include the following code:

<IfModule mod_security.c>
  SecFilterEngine Off
  SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

Thanks for explanation but on not all servers it is possible to turn off mod_security in .htaccess. But thanks a lot for explanation because this may help some users
