  All the pre-built content is built with the Muffin Builder and cannot be edited with WPBakery page Builder.

  I imported both in localhost, how do I copy and paste the code?

  You can import/export the page builder content with the import/export tool at the bottom of the builder, see screen: http://prntscr.com/h1emu4
  
  
  But the images will have to be copied/changed because the URLs will go to the other installation.

  What scrolling issues on mobile?
  Please disable all plugins and then move the pages. Also make sure that you have the latest version of betheme.

  You said that the content is notcoming thru, so we suggest disabling all plugins and updating the theme before you move the content.
  We always suggest disabling the plugins because they are the main source of problems, we do not know what plugins did the user install.
  
  Please explain what do you mean by scrolling issues.
