Pages are messing up even after I re-make them

I keep redoing stuff on this website because periodically sections are getting buggy and breaking. I already had to go through the entire site to update visual composer short codes because it seemed the language used in those shortcodes had changed. Now, sections are cutting off and images are distorting. Regardless of what I do, corrections are not sticking. There's some other problem here.

HI,
please try to disable all plugins, maybe one of them is causing this issue.
The problems are occuring with random section or the ones at the end of the page?

Disabling plugins did not work. It affects random sections.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. We took a look into the file and your settings seem to be fine. Please try to update the version of PHP to 7.0 and send us login details to your wordpress, we will check that bbehaviour. Is is happening all the time?
