The video is add in my library on wordpress, no link to vimeo or youtube the video is http://bit.ly/2FszV6t and i want pop up in home page

Sorry but only embeded movies like youtube or vimeo can be added.

Yes, if it is a youtube video you can make a popup with it.
What exactly do you want to do? I am asking because first you wanted a popup video and now you are asking about a intro?
