How to make a Permalink different between blog and portfolio

HI,

I need help configuring the blog and portfolio permalink.

I would like to have something like this for the blog:

%HOME-URL%/blog/%postname%/

And keep the portfolio post without blog
%HOME-URL%/%portfolio%/%portfolio-post%/

but if I configure it in settings-->permalink the url for the portfolio items changes as well to something like this
%HOME-URL%/blog/%postname%/

and keep the url for the portfolio like this:
%HOME-URL%/blog/%portfolio%/%portfolio-post%/
 
I have seen another discussions about this topic, but it doesn't help me. I have try to configure all like here
