Mobile sub-menu toggle color

We just installed this theme and we're having an issue with the mobile menu. Our main menu is black and the menu background is light grey. For items that have submenus, there's a light grey plus sign on the black background, when you click the plus, the light grey background appears. However, if any of THOSE items have a sub-menu as well, the plus sign is light grey and cannot be seen. What setting do we change for this 3 level menu so the plus sign is visible? What sets the color of the plus sign and can it be changed by css?

we suggest changing the submenu colors in theme options>colors>menu.

What do you have in mind? Do you mean the active links?
There are no other options than in theme options>colors>menu

I mean even with CSS to simply change the color of the plus or minus sign for the menu toggle.

You can use this css to change the icon color

#Top_bar #menu ul li.submenu .menu-toggle {
	color: red !important;
	opacity:1 !important;
}
