  Okay, but your website is hosted on an external server, right?
  Please contact your hosting provider and ask for the access to FTP.

  I really do not understand. This is access to site content. I do not use FTP. Most of my sites work without FTP. I have to buy a new domain and hosting with FTP because of a portfolio error. By the way - there are more bugs in the portfolio ...

  That's because content of this page is too short.

  Please go to Theme Options > Footer

  Change the style of it to "Stick to bottom if content is too short"
