Repeated title in the blog post page

Hi, I've a problem with the blog post page. Please look here:

The post title is repeated twice. How can I make the first instance disappear? (I mean the one that ends up under the menu)
And by the way, since I'm here, I'd like to make the menu bar higher, how do I do it?

this is the subheader. You can disable it int he page options, just edit your post.
The menu height is changed when the logo height or logo padding is added.
In theme options>global>logo

Is there a way to change the height of the sticky menu as well?
