I can't install a pre-built website

Hi,

i’m doing the install of a pre-built website and before the install is done i’m getting this error “The mywebsite.gr server unexpectedly terminated the connection.”

Hi,
is your theme updated to the newest version? Please also disable all plugins and try again.

Yes the theme is updated and also disable all of my plugins and i got the same problem.

Then this must be a server connection issue. Your hosting provider is probably blocking the incoming connection from our API. Could you contact him and ask him this question, he should be bale to help.
