All icons top aligned in box or circle

Help! All my icons are now aligned at the top of their container (both the box and circle), they should be aligned directly in the middle.

I am using Wordpress 4.8.3, and Betheme 17.8.4

It is happening on every page of my website with icon boxes:

sorry but we do not understand, only one page has icon boxes and they are working fine. How should it look exactly?

I just updated to Wordpress 4.9.1, it is still doing the same thing...

It looks like you have pasted your SEO scripts before the HTML tag, which resolves in an HTML error and this makes the icons weird. Screen: http://prntscr.com/i14r7l
