Site Looks Different on Different Computers

A friend looked at my site cappipidwell.com on her computer using Safari, which is what I use and created the site on. However, when she opens the site, there is a drop down menu and when I look at it, there is a static menu, which is what I want. How can I make sure everything looks the same everywhere?
