Space Between Image Feature and Text

Dear team BeTheme,

I would like to create a space between the image feature and my text, is it possible?
I was also wondered if it is possible to create a side bar next to the image feature running down to my blog text (in a blog article context using the Muffin Builder)?

Sorry, you're right, it's easier with a screenshot:

The blog text is written in the wordpress text field because it gives me a short description of the article post on my homepage (when I use a Mansory Blog Style). The rest of the article is added through Muffin builder.
