Accessibility Issue (Deprecated <i> tags rendering icons)

Hey there,

I'm part of the dev team currently building a recruiting platform for a municipal police department in Bellevue, Washington.

I had a question regarding the way in which the theme renders icons to the page. For example, the "Fast Facts" component renders its icons using <i> tags. Unfortunately this isn't WAI-ARIA compliant as <i> tags are a deprecated form of html. (At least in terms of semantic accessibility).

I know this is a pain in the butt, but I need to have these icons render in a more semantic html element. Perhaps a <span>
The reason for this, is that due to our site being a government service, it needs to be compliant.

Let me know if this is possible, I wanted to ask you guys before diving in to the template files.

Best,
Nikko
