Changing site to eCommerce

I have a site http://www.active-play.co.uk which I'd like to change into an eCommerce site. Is there any easy way to do this, or do I have to recreate all the product pages using Woo Commerce ?

    Just install woocommerce and creade products.

    As you can see from the site I've already created a portfolio of the products, and was wondering whether there was any way I could use this instead of having to do it all over again by creating the same products in Woo Commerce ?

    If you created products using the portfolio post type then you will be not able to transfer it to the woocommerce plugins, you can only do that if you would have products created on another website and you wanted to move them here.
