Muffin Builder cannot save the whole content on a page

Dear Muffin team,

I'm using Betheme 20.8.8.2 version, and I have some content stored via the Muffin Builder. However, when I try to add some more sections over the existing ones (like duplicating or adding new with content), the Builder won't save the new sections, just the last one with some corrupted content. I have attached screenshots how the issue looks like from backend.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. We do have this also. Can't save new added sections. Had to delete some to make it work

Done. I asked hosting provider to update my php from 5 to 7. but issues are still there. I also tried on my localhost which has php7.1 and higher values for php.ini, still no luck. Sections and layout disappears on the bottom part of page

It is probably max_input_vars value, increase it to 5000

Hello I've tried editing htaccess by putting these commands, issues still occurs

php_value max_input_vars 5000

php_value max_execution_time 300

php_value memory_limit 256M

We checked and in both pages the footer is there:

This is most likely some kind of cache, you need to clear your browser cache.

Alright, seems like increasing max_input_vars solved the problem, I'm still testing the proper functionality of the builder.

Sorry not the bottom footer what I mean is the bottom part section before the footer... the one with "Our Promise..." see difference from the two pages.. if I put new section or wrap above, the bottom part disappear either from the editor or the actual page

Please send the phpinfo file again, youy can paste it here, we will check again and if there are not any answers there, then we will take your admin login and password if this has no results.
