plugin activation on two local server sites

Hi,

I'm developing my site on my local machine before I migrate it to the live site. I set up two sites because on one site I have the existing website with the BETheme installed and on the other site, I have the BETheme installed with a demo. I want to be able to copy some of the page layouts from the demo which is why I have the theme installed on both sites. The recommended plugins installed successfully on the demo site. However, when I go to install them on the second site, I get the following error:

Download failed. cURL error 18: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining



Is this because I am trying to use the same license for both?

    I have removed the license from the demo site and uninstalled the recommended plugins. However, I get this error:

    Download failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 300001 milliseconds with 4528257 bytes received

    HI,
    You will need to check some things out:
    1. What is your current PHP version
    2. Do you have CURL enabled on your server
    3. Make sure your betheme is registered, one key per domain (project)
    Please also try disabling all plugins and checking it again.
