Hello,

i want to update Slider revolution plugin , but it is always not successful. And also deactivates my plugin after a failed try.

do you know why and how can i get latest version, if this option does not work?

Hi,
please update the plugin via betheme>install plugins, not thru the plugins panel in wordpress.
If you still have problems, please disable all plugins and run the update.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
"contains no files"

Hey,

i use one license for one domain. but each site i am using beThemes have the same update issue with revolution slider.

after failure of updating, plugin deactivates.

can you send me another option to update slider revolution?

I'm having same problem, I tried update revolution slider from http://prntscr.com/j2svkl but no luck, it got failed and deactivated, its a live site, any help to get it back asap would be highly appreciated.

Hi, i still got that revolution slider update problem. also if i do this at betheme ->"install plugins".

since there were security issues with revslider plugin, i really would appreciate to have an option to update this plugin!

Do you get any errors when you try to update?

like i wrote above (unfortunately it is in german)

it says:

folder does not contain files.

Thanks, now this works and i could update revolution slider.

Bundled with your theme comes layer slider plugin. This i can not update, they want me to buy a license.

are updates not included into your theme?
