Our BeTheme is not able to update. Please assist, Safari mobile site is broken.

  Hey,
  this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
  Please use this tool to manage your license keys:
  http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
  
  Plese also disable all plugins and purge cache for the browser issue with logos.
  Do you mean that the plugins were bought with the theme as bundled plugins or did you buy them as stand alone versions.

  I just tried and it couldn't locate our license code. I can say that I did have it built on a staging domain, then de-registered that domain and migrated it to the current domain. Perhaps that is the reason? 

  
  

  The plugins were only purchased as a part of the theme: 

  • Layerslider WP
  • WPBakery Page Builder

  They were not bought as stand alone versions.

  Hello, unfortunately we are trying to update everything through the admin panel, but even after ensuring the other theme on the staging server was deregistered, we're still getting errors:

  That said, we tried the license checker, but it isn't finding our license. We purchased via Envato.

  You will have to send us the license key and explain your issue. You can send it privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

  We see that you had it registered on this domain:
  https://chezsite.com
  But you deregistered it on the 23rd of march.
  So please register the key on your current domain and install/update the theme and plugins.

  Thank you, it appears now that BeTheme has now been able to update, however the associated plugins are not able to update, including WP Bakery. I fear this is also affecting our iFrame meeting scheduling tool from Hubspot, which should be appearing here: 

  wellnessworks.nyc/schedule-a-tour/
  

  
  

  When logged in as an admin, the Schedule a Tour page looks correct, but when in incognito, it does not. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, especially on the plugins that should be updated as part of BeTheme.

  HI,
  sorry but we do not support this third party plugins.
  
  Please update the plugins via betheme>install plugins not thru the main wordpress plugins panel.
  Also try disabling all plugins and then run the update.
