How to move a picture in a header

Hello,

we have some pictures in the header and sometimes we'd like to show a lower part of the picture.

Could you please help me how I could arrange that?

The pictures are in a section and I tried to work with the padding.

HI,
sorry but there is no option to move a background image on different devices in the theme.
You can only set the background size and position.

I'd have another question to the headerpictures.

We do have a picture in a section and would like to have that picture responsive. At the moment on the mobile phone you can see just half of the picture.
Is there another way to do it so you can see the whole picture?

This is not an image but a background and you cannot have responsive backgrounds. Something like that just does not exist. You can only fiddle with the background settings like position or size

In this example there is a header as we'd like to have it, and it is responsive.

Could you let me know how that is implemented?

It is because it was built with Revolution slider and they do not use background but image layers.
