and not in a popup window?

We susspect this could be a plugin. Please disable all plugins and wipe browser cache.

I have disabled all plugins and emptied my chace but still do not working

But as soon as I install the pluins again, I get this error message

"Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /homepages/8/d734379943/htdocs/longpager/AllianceLongpager/wp-admin/includes/class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php on line 150"

Well, the message indiciates that the problem lies in the wp-admin folder so it is not rather a theme issue BUT you should reinstall wordpress and the theme. Make sure to have the newest version.
Before you do that, try updating the php version to 7.0
