Hi, first go to appaerance>menus and add a new menu and a language switcher to it, screen: http://prntscr.com/hpmv8q Then go to 'manage locations' and set this menu as the 'social menu top' this will replace the default social menu with the custom menu you created. thanks
Oh! Sorry, I just saw the original question was for WPML. I'm using Polylang. Should I go back to using WPML to get the option of placing the language switcher in the action bar? Thanks!
Hello, how can I update the bundled plugin Slider Revolution? It's 5.2.6 and since php is 7.2 it causes Fatal Error ... I tried to download the betheme files again but there is no revolution.zip ... Thanks!
Where are you updating the slider plugin from? You should install and update the plugin from wordpress>betheme>install plugins.
Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps: 1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22 2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2 3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.
Notice! 1. Attach your license key and the WordPress admin login credentials. 2. Send a link to this discussion, so the email support knows where to look.
Your BeTheme version is very old - please update it first.
Here is an instruction on how to update the theme: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme. We also recommend creating a backup file. Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
