Hi,
sorry but we do not understand. It is like you pasted wpbakery shortcodes into the testimonials?
This is controlled by the muffin builder and you cannot have VC items in it.

Hi there,

The site was updated, it was using php 5, and now is using php 7. I bought a theme because the previous designer used one of your themes. When I installed the new version a lot of stuff broke, that was one of them.

The VC code is what happened to the testimonials, what I would like to do and get them to look like the image above. I have tried using the testimonials options from theme theme, but nothing seems to get me close to that scrolling testimonials looking thing.

Can you please advise?

Okay, first go to your wordpress dashboard and check the testimonials, edit them and look if there are any shortcodes inserted there, which there should be not, and remove them.

Then go to the muffin builder and insert the testimonials item.

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I have checked all the testimonials, they don't have any short-codes.

Here's a picture.

I have setup the new testimonials as follows:

But I still don't see it on the front page.

You can see that testimonials is on the HP but not showing:

As far as I can see I have selected the right categories, etc, but its not showing. I must be missing something.

We looked but there is nothing unusual in the theme, please update the theme to the newest version first, it may overwrite some corrupted files.

I tried updating, and found some issues, resolved now. Still nothing in terms of getting the testimonials to work. I rechecked everythign for good measure.
