You setup wrong images sizes at that's why it does not work properly. Please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/938/problem-with-image-size-in-shop-slider-media-images-settings-sizes where we explained how to do it.

Images are blurred because you used too small sizes for images. Please change sizes to bigger and then use https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ plugin to change images sizes.
