how do we add a double -section footer?

We would like to have a footer in two parts, similar to this: www.acumatica.com

They have a full-width component about the 4 other elements, separated with a divider. How do we achieve that with this theme? It does not appear to be in the footer options.

HI,
you can make the standard wordpress footer with 4 widget areas and then go to theme options>footer and place other elements in the Call to Action field.

You would have to add shortcodes for columns but the content in the call to action is centered so remember that.

The shortcodes are available in the visual wordpress editor, you can copy them:
