Header image not showing

I am trying to make this the header image: http://dev.thinkreliability.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/header-background-bar.jpg

I have it set as you can see here: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0d14gvk393

Please let me know what I am doing wrong that is preventing my header image from showing.

Please look at your settings once again. You must turn off "Header | Minimalist" option if you want to show header bg image.

I have turned Minimalist Header option off, but the header background image is still not showing. Could it be because I also have a Header Background color set?

How can I disable background header color to see if the header background image shows up? Or what other suggestions do you have to get the header background image to work properly?

We think that we know what happen. Probably with current header style this won't work because image is too low and is already behind the header. Please change your header style to "modern" and will see that this image is there.

You're right. It did show up there, but we can't use that header for this site.

I using the background image to try to place a blue background behind the menu, since this theme won't let me do it with CSS, but I guess that won't work either.

As a feature request, I think it will be good to make the colors of the menu and headers separate so they can be edited either in theme options or CSS.
