I need to make the font smaller from h4 to h3 in my blog categories sidebar titles. Where do I change this at?

Hi,
you can only change it globally in theme options>fonts
If you want we can write some custom css because this is an easy change.

This is the H4 heading in the sidebar, and the content has H2 heading.
You do not need css, just change the font size in theme options>fonts>size&style

Which one you want, h4 is in sidebar, h2 is in the content.
