Unable to edit a template/demo

Hi guys,

First of all I'd like to apologize myself if this topic was already discussed.

I've installed a demo/template called E-book. The problem is when I'm trying to edit this template (home page) there is no elements showing in the builder, it looks like there's a black page.

Has anyone else with this problem?

Hi,
go to theme options>global>advanced and enabled the builder.
You have disabled the builder visibility.
