how to remove the header image ( banner) ?

Hi,
just go to theme options>header&subheader>header and remove the image from there.
maybe it is the image in theme options>global>general?

hello I checked the options>header&subheader>header and options>global>general there is no images uploaded here is a link of one of the pages that has the banner that i want to remove.

as you can see its only black header

This is not the header imahe but the subheader, just edit the page and set the subheader image in the page options. You can also set it globally in theme options>header&subheader>subheader

Hello

Can you please explain what I should edit exactly ? I don't want any subheader in those pages i went to options>header&subheader>subheader I have no images selected there and in the page options no images are selected as well and i tried to make the padding to zero but still the title is showing please have a look thanks.

So if you want to disable it completly, then you can do it globally in theme options>header&subheader>subheader, screen: http://prntscr.com/jfmr2a
Or you can disable it only for one page in the page options:
http://prntscr.com/jfmqdr
