Search always shows "0 results found for:"

I'm currently working on a client project using BeTheme.
The website is almost finished and looking good, but I'm having an issue with the search feature.
The website lists real estate properties using the Estatik plugin. The plugin hooks into the WordPress search and displays found properties on the regular WP search page.
The issue is: No matter how many properties have been found, the title always says "0 results found for:".
As soon as I switch from BeTheme to another (standard) WordPress theme, the problem is gone. I've been in contact with the Estatik plugin support, but they also said that this is a theme issue since this is not happening with any other theme.
Any ideas on why the website isn't displaying the correct number of search results?

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
