Basically, both on mobile only

Area in yellow should not be white, one cannot distinguish that this is a banner - topmost banner on mobile
Bottom banner too large - on mobile only

Hey,
you can change the beackground color for the action bar with this css

@media (max-width:1200px) {
#Header #Action_bar {
	background: #151a36 !important;
}}

If you want to make the footer area smaller, go to them eoptions>footer and lower the padding values.
