Content under main menu header

Hi there,

I've set the post pages (and regular web pages) to not have the header with the page title and breadcrumbs. However all the content shifts up behind the header as you can see. I can't add manually because it doesnt look good on mobile and when the screen is resized. What is the right approach to start the page/post content right below the main menu?

    HI,
    this is because the header space is turned off and the content goes under it.
    You would need to go to theme options>header&subheader>header and change the minimalist option.

    For pages that have a revolution slider going behind the main menu from the top of the window, how would I keep that functionality? Because now the slider is pushed down.

    Hey Pablo, please set the slider in the page options, do not insert it as a shortcode inside the content.
    You will find the dropdown in the page options(edit the page)

    One last question. Where in the admin is the option to change the background color in the header section? I get a dark blue by default but I want it black.
