Parallax issue

when you scroll down and then back up look at the top of the screen - it has a double image and is jumpy. Is there a way to fix this? It is happening in safari and chrome so I believe the browser does not matter.

    Hi,
    you are using a parallax effect inside the slider revolution plugin.
    It all goes down to the settings, please try to upload a longer image for this effect.
    Also the jumpy effect is normal, it depends on the OS,browser and mouse.
