Make stack header: left fixed

Hello there

I'm using stack header: left and I'm pretty happy with it mainly because I can have 2 menus, but I'd like to make it fixed when scrolling.
I don't want to use the sticky menu because it would be different, the header would change when scrolling, and I want it just like the same.
I don't want to change to fixed header, unless I can make it have 2 menus

I have edit this and got the fixed header, but then all the content was under it, attacched to the very top of the page

What classes in CSS should I edit? How should I do?
