Use theme under sub-domains

Hello Betheme support team, 

I read Reviews for BeTheme on Evato item support page & somewhere you said it is possible of course to use Be-theme under sub-domains. If really possible could you provide guide on how I can do that? I have two subdomain which i use for demostration for my customers but as I install the betheme on my second domain, it says I have to unregister license from the 1st one.
