  I used my themeforest username

  I used the Item Purchase Code which I got from my themeforest account in the theme license note.

  
  

  I know my username is correct, and I know item purchase code is correct, since I am copying it. Is the tool working now? Or am I missing something?

  So the theme is registered from what we can see in the screenshot.
  Try to deregister and register it one more, then use the license tool and check if that domain is registered for this key.

  That worked, thank you. I had to deregister again and the rerigerster for a second time, that seemed to work.
