How to change header size

I'm trying to reduce the height of the header on my company website (http://www.cannongroupinc.com/), but I can't seem to find where/how to do that.

Hi,

to reduce header height on your site, please use below css:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 200px !important; }

put the code in the second last menu in theme options > custom CSS and JS. just change the pixel height from 200 to your desired height.

Sure. I followed the directions in the thread above:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 200px !important; }

put the code in the second last menu in theme options > custom CSS 
and JS. just change the pixel height from 200 to your desired height.

But when I changed the px it didn't do anything

Please remove that CSS code, and please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header and turn on the Minimalist option.
