Mobile Version of my website isn't working.

Hello!

I have published the page https://brandandbanter.com/home-2/ and when using the desktop browser developer tools, it is showing a responsive version. However, when I test it on my mobile, the theme doesn't load. Could you tell me what might be preventing this?

I've already changed the scroll plug in to the browser default in the theme settings and turned off the SEO function for an external plug in in the theme settings.

This is the pre-loaded "hairdresser" theme that I have started to customize for myself.
