I want to change the color of the Footer devider line in congress
Hello!
I looked already everywhere but couldn't find a way to change the color of the red footer devider line of the congress theme into an other color. Where do I have to change it and if there is only the possibility to do so with css I need exact instruction how to do that.

this was inserted using custom css, you will find that border in theme options>custom css&js>css
