I bought BeTheme and have all the plugins active and working as you can see here:

My question is about this page:

As far as I understand WPBrackery is included with the theme and thus I should be able to register here, to get free updates -- is that correct?

The theme must be registered, not the plugin. The plugin is a bundled version and does not need separate registration.
You install/update the plugins from betheme>install plugins.
